Refunds for the initial €1.00 IQ test are available within 7 days of purchase only for first-time users who have not previously received a trial refund on any account and have not violated these Terms of Service.

9.2 Limited Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in these specific cases:

• • Service Unavailability: Documented platform downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours
• • Technical Issues: Verified platform bugs preventing core service access

9.3 Non-Refundable Cases
